In this key role, you will actively organize and optimize logistics operations:

• Independent planning and optimization of logistics processes across warehousing, order picking, transport, and distribution, ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable operations.

• Responsibility for capacity and resource planning for platform and workshop teams to ensure a stable and smooth material flow.

• Leading by example: providing clear guidance, establishing structured workflows, and actively supporting the team in daily operations, both organizationally and technically.

• Ensuring occupational health and safety as well as regulatory compliance, including monitoring, implementation, and continuous improvement of relevant standards.

• Proactive and transparent reporting to senior management, including sound assessments of operational performance, process quality, and improvement potential.

• Completed vocational training in logistics, ideally as a warehouse logistics specialist or in a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of warehouse processes, material flows, and organizational operations.

• Experience in coordinating freight forwarders and external transport service providers.

• Modern leadership skills with a respectful and appreciative management style, combined with clear communication and reliability.

• A valid forklift license is an advantage.

• A structured and solution-oriented working style, paired with open, clear, and goal-driven communication skills.

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• French language skills are not required but considered an asset.
