In Limburg, components of exceptional quality are manufactured in a specialized wood production facility, equipped with a completely new machinery park.

In this key position, you actively manage and develop production operations:

• Independent control of production orders, ensuring all manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently and on schedule.

• Further development of the production layout: identifying optimization potential, designing sustainable processes, and contributing new ideas.

• Ensuring high quality standards for products and processes, including consistent monitoring and strict compliance with requirements.

• Handling special projects such as productivity improvement, cycle time optimization, or material flow enhancement, with strong technical understanding and initiative.

• Leading and guiding the team with clear structure, appreciation, and a strong role-model mindset.

• Transparent reporting to management, including the preparation of key performance indicators and the derivation of improvement measures.

• Careful documentation of all relevant processes to ensure full traceability and operational reliability.

• Completed qualification as a master carpenter / cabinetmaker or a comparable qualification in wood processing.

• Several years of hands-on experience in wood manufacturing, with confident handling of machines, materials, and production workflows.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented, persistent, and responsible way of working.

• Modern leadership skills, strong social competence, and an authentic, exemplary presence.

• Structured working style, clear communication skills, and willingness to deeply engage with new topics.

• Proficiency in German and English.

• French skills are not required but considered an advantage.

• A valid forklift license would be appreciated but is not mandatory.
