As part of the Purchasing team and reporting to the Head of Purchasing, you will support the commercial development of our "urban projects" activity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing needs and initiating consultations with our suppliers to meet customer orders;

• Evaluating and selecting potential suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery times, and production capabilities;

• Negotiating purchase terms, contracts with suppliers, and updating our ERP system;

• Managing relationships with suppliers, including resolving disputes and handling quality issues;

• Monitoring performance indicators and producing regular reports on purchasing activities;

• Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as production, logistics, sales, the design office, and quality to ensure effective purchasing coordination;

• Assessing and managing supplier-related risks, including diversifying supply sources, continuous improvement, and developing contingency plans;

• Managing certain indirect purchases, such as energy, transportation, packaging, etc.;

• Participating in project groups as a purchasing contributor.

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector;

• You have an affinity for technical products (metalworking, machining, steel, aluminum, stainless steel...). Knowledge of metalworking and wood-related issues would be a definite advantage;

• You demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, contract management, and supplier management abilities;

• You are known for your meticulousness, autonomy, organizational skills, and your ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;

• You are proficient in the Windows environment and office tools, with knowledge of ERP (SAGE X3) being a plus;

• A proficient level of English is required to operate comfortably in an international context.

• Position available immediately;

• Occasional travel to the Brioude sites and to our partners in France and abroad is expected;

• Salary negotiable based on your profile and experience.
