Integrated within the Urban Furniture Projects sales team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will support our clients and Key Accounts in tandem with our Key Account Managers.

Your assigned responsibilities include:

• Supporting and retaining clients to meet their needs in urban furniture and lighting solutions;

• Providing daily support to Key Account Managers (responding to tenders, project follow-up, cost estimates);

• Managing the entire sales administration process, from specification to after-sales service;

• Handling the commercial and administrative processing of client orders while aiming for quality objectives (service, cost, deadline, etc.);

• Conducting commercial and technical studies of client requests (product availability, cost, processing time, etc.);

• Managing and coordinating export administrative specifics (customs documents, analyses, certificates, etc.);

• Addressing client requests in collaboration with other internal departments (design office, production, logistics, services...) while ensuring proper execution and compliance with specifications.

• You have a commercial degree (2/3 years post-secondary) and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B export business development;

• You possess excellent interpersonal skills with a mastery of sales techniques, making you a key point of contact for your clients;

• You leverage your technical expertise and customer focus to develop your accounts;

• You are fluent in German and English, enabling you to communicate with clients in your scope;

• You are proficient in the Windows environment and office tools, and knowledge of ERP (SAGE X3) would be a plus;

• You are recognized for your meticulousness, autonomy, organizational skills, and your ability to manage priorities.
