Installation & After-Sales Service Coordinator M/F

The Responsibilities of the Position

Attached to the Head of Service Department, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning installation and after-sales service interventions to contribute to the successful execution of terrace furniture installation and outdoor layout projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing installation sites in collaboration with various stakeholders (project managers, architects, logistics, internal teams, and subcontractors);

  • Participating in the creation and modification of execution and installation plans for projects using ArchiCAD software;

  • Serving as the technical point of reference and ensuring the proper execution of the project;

  • Handling administrative tasks related to site management (DOE, PPSPS, DST, etc.);

  • Managing after-sales service requests: scheduling, ordering, proposing technical solutions;

  • Managing customer relationships: addressing their dissatisfactions, conducting follow-ups, and seeking corrective solutions;

  • Writing and monitoring site non-conformities in relation to the quality service;

  • Conducting preventive maintenance follow-ups;

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service and processes;

  • Overseeing the preparation of sites (taking measurements, verifying compliance with installation principles).

The Desired Profile

  • With a technical background (minimum 2-year degree) in Construction or Civil Engineering/Public Works, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (site manager, building engineering, design office);

  • You are recognized for your expertise in site management: organization, planning, risk analysis, regulations, administrative and managerial procedures;

  • Methodical, you ensure the follow-up of various interventions: feeding our ERP, information feedback, reporting to the service manager;

  • You have technical knowledge in the construction sector (masonry, electricity, finishing works);

  • You are comfortable with IT tools, and knowledge of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD software would be a plus (training available);

  • You have good customer relations skills, can handle complex situations, and are organized and methodical. English (if possible).

  • Regular travel to our clients is required;

  • Salary negotiable based on your profile and experience.
